The Q1P just got Vista but already Samsung is preparing a version 2 of the UMPC for a possible CeBIT unveiling. Engadget has the scoop and slides sent by an anonymous tipster. The Q2 maintains the 7-inch touchscreen as well as most of the other features including the 1 GB RAM and the 60 GB hard drive, but the Q2 will have an Intel chip instead of a Via and will also be running Vista Home Premium. The screen has also improved to a 1,024 x 600 WSVGA resolution, and if that does not elicit a lot of wows then maybe the addition of two cameras (a 1.3 megapixel for taking photos and a .3 megapixel for video conferencing) will. On both sides of the screen is a complete QWERTY keyboard and there is a entire bundle of connectivity on the Q2: Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi, HSDPA, and WiBro!
