Ok, so I don’t know what exactly is going on with that guys outfit, and why he’s screaming like he just dropped a fabergé egg, but my guess would be it’s because after yesterdays announcement of the Archos 204 unit, there is now an official page for it, and he is just very happy. Some things that you might be curious about checking out would be details and pictures of the accessories for the 204, a manual in several languages, and a pdf file with specs and info.

We will try to get some more info on where exactly Archos 204 is going to be available, it still seems that it will in Europe only, but the guys at generationmp3 are saying that it might not be even available in France for now? I’m sure we’ll find out the details shortly. The unit looks good, but I don’t think that Archos should drop the PMP market and go into the clothing line business.

update: So it looks like they are still working on the site because we can no longer find links on their page, but for now all the links that are in the post should work.

update 2: Got it figured out. The site is actually still there, but it can only been seen if in the Country dropdown menu you pick anything other then Canada, France or the US. I guess that kind of answers our questions about availability.
