The Aigo F029 gives new life to wristwatches by combining the nearly obsolete time-telling accessory with the time-wasting capabilities of a PMP. Aigo is the maker of the recently announced and U.F.O.-like Omnisphere MP3 player. The F029 PMP watch boasts the sportiness of a 160 x 128 OLED display, and there’s even 512MB worth of internal storage space upgradable to 1GB. It supports MP3, MPEG-4, WMV (DRM) and XviD. There’s a demo video available at generationMP3. The watch OLED watch face looks too big on the wrist, actually, but as an PMP it does its job if you don’t mind a really small screen. A real lifesaver in situations (e.g. being stranded in an airport terminal) when times just creeps on intolerably slow. There’s no word yet on the price.
