Sun Connection has gone rectangular with their new SC-VP200SD portable media player from the game-console shape of their last offering the SC-VP128SD.

They did away with the orange color too and went with the solid choice of black or white. The 2.4-inch, 480 x 320 TFT LCD screen plays MPEG-4 files at 320 x 240 pixels and 30fps. The 128MB internal memory is expandable thru an SD card slot. Functions include a built-in mono speaker, mic, AV-out and 3.5 mm mini-jack and USB 1.1. Price is 12,800 yen or about $109.
