PDASmart, a repair and upgrade company for Pocket PCs and iPods, announces the first 100GB upgrade for iPod Video. iPod Videos with 60GB and 80GB capacity can be upgraded without modifications. iPod Videos with 30GB capacity will need a rear casing to accommodate the bigger hard drive. The upgrade to the 100GB Toshiba hard drive is good for 25,000 tracks or 125 hours of videos. You can purchase the installation kit or send your iPod to the PDASmart iPod Repair Center for a small additional fee. The 100GB hard drive is price at $275 with a one year warranty.

Does it work well with this setup? I was under the assumption that there were difficulties using larger than 80gb due to the restraints on the controller end of the iPod.
