Pink Zune Status, All you need to know.

So earlier this morning news started coming in from a bunch of sites saying that the Pink Zunes went on sale at Amazon and show “In-Stock”. With all the confusion that was going on yesterday, this piece of news pretty much confirms that the release date was pushed up from May 1st.We have checked with local GameStop stores here and on the morning shipment today they had no Pink Zunes, and they are still not available for reservation in their system. From what the workers said, each store will probably be getting 5-10 of those, so you might want to make some friends with them and put one on hold, even if it’s not entered into their pre-order system.
Anyway, here’s a round up of some links and details on how you could get your hands on these cute lil’ players:
CompUSA - Shows available to ship within 1-2 days. Not available in stores
Toys “R” Us - Pre-order, release date set as 4/28/07
Amazon - Available to ship.
GameStop - Back-ordered. 4/13/07 on the Just Arrived page.
Ebay - Right off the bat we want to say that you should use these at your own risk, we have no clue how legit these auctions are. With one of them saying that they are limited to 100, another with a guy who has 3 of them (is it just the pick or does the silver lining around cotrols looks almost white?)
