Leisure Navi-Phone Has GPS and iPhone-like UI
14 04 2007A new smartphone on the block wears an ugly old cellphone antenna and completely jusytifies it. Called the GPS-L2000 Leisure Navi-Phone, it’s made by Korean Jety Electronics, and you know it’s a Korean-only device when it’s got DMB-TV added. The operating system is curiously in-house and you wonder why they made the user interface look like an iPhone for kids. The multi-mode GPS supports sea, mountain, car and golf modes. The 3.2 touch-panel LCD takes up most of the phone’s front. Besides the DMB-TV option, an MP3 player is built-in. A USB port, miniSD card slot and embedded electronic dictionary completes the specs. Go to the product site and explore what seems to be a simulation of the the Leisure Navi-Phone’s interface.
More pictures after the break.
