Archos will have its own iPhone-like announcement/release in June. This is Generation 5 in Archos’s PMP line and the recent announcement of the manufacturer’s forged partnership with CinemaNow, a leading online provider of Hollywood movies and TV shows and also the first one to offer 1500K downloads, is in direct relation to that. Imagine downloading high-definition content direct to your PMP the way you do with music and a WiFi-enabled MP3 player. So June 14 is the date and let’s hope that it is as innovative as anything that Archos has produced yet, which is saying much.
