LG Dual Touchscreen Patent Limits Future iPhones

LG has made a startling coup in the patent game. They’ve just got their dual touchscreen clamshell design approved. It has to be admitted, the setup is more logical than the current setup in the interface of both the Prada and iPhone, where you have to command a keypad (iPhone, Prada) and QWERTY keyboard (iPhone) when you need them and where they then take up the entire screen. LG solves the problem by dedicating the lower screen for the touchpad or keyboard, and even adding on specialized control panels for gaming, etc. LG has also patented icons that move dynamically. This would allow a contextual menu based on the users input.
Now what should be troubling Apple now is how to move on with their iPhone, after the first model comes out in June, without certain overlaps on LG’s patent?
