Packard Bell Has Announced New Compasseo GPS-PMP Devices
3 05 2007Packard Bell (yes, that Packard Bell) has added to its Compasseo lineup. The 810 and 830 have a 4-inch screen (an improvement of half an inch from the previious models, the 500 and 600) and feature traffic information via RDS/TMC, a Premium service which gives you traffic information in large cities. Another feature, which is integrated in the 830 is the hands-free Bluetooth kit.
Compasseo 810 will come with maps in a 1GB SD card of 1 GB and will only offer basic “TMC Live” traffic information. It will be available at the end of May for €299. Compasseo 830 also come with maps but in a 2GB SD cardB and will offer “TMC Live Plus” traffic information that will cover all large cities including Paris. It will be available in June for €449.
