Easy-Download Nokia N95 Maps

For N95 users who keep complaining about that lag in the GPS interface in the new N95 multimedia computer, Nokia has recently made Nokia Maps available on their web site. Nokia Maps are maps of entire countries and can be downloaded via PC and stored in your phone’s memory. Other Nokia phones can also use the free software.

N95 users may still prefer to use their wireless GPS maps support, but for the practical, a preloaded map is the logical choice. Nokia Maps provides a simple search system. You might be familiar with the search bar. Just enter the address of your desired destination. Once the software has found the location it will immediately provide the best route for you. If you don’t know the complete address, you can also browse categories. Perfectly useful, if I might say so.

    I have n95 and use Nokia maps but you need to pay for voice navigation which sucks

    Cant wait for tomtom for N95, pay for it and done, none of these stupid subscriptions.

    Nokia Map Loader only works on Windows, needs .net framework, and if you add a new map the map loader deletes all your existing maps so you’ll have to download them all over again.
