We’ve been waiting for a more complete set of specs of the MiniOne for quite a while. We know it’s going to be a touchscreen and have similar form factor as the iPhone, albeit smaller. But now we know more, and it is impressive to say the least:

- 720×480 resolution TFT touchscreen

- 533Mhz Samsung processor, 128MB of DDR SDRAM

- 3 megapixel main camera, .3 megapixel for video conferencing

- Connectivity includes WiFi, Bluetooth

- DMB tuner and GPS

- AVI, MPEG4, WMV video support

- $260 for the 4GB and $450 for the 16GB
