Watch DVB-H and DMB TV on One Tuner

Sharp has developed VA3B5EZ915, a dual-mode tuner that can work with both DVB-H and T-DMB. This is what the mobile TV industry needs, especially with Europe and Asia going in separate directions. It’s also good news for consumers. The PMP or mobile TV you purchase in Korea can actually work in Europe and in the States, which gives you a lot of buying options. The tuner chip is very compact (see picture above) and was designed for mobile phones and has the added advantage of having low power consumption.
