I am getting so tired of news sites and blogs using the word “iPhone”just to get readers. Its really getting old guys, but i understand you need readers to generate income too. In that aspect you’re no different from the Chinese companies shamelessly using Iphone elements and references to make a buck.

In this case though the reference to Iphone is just too obviously a “lets stir things up and draw attention” move.
Why you may ask? Well, for one because this Aniol V2000 player is not even a phone! Seems to me that’s pretty much a basic requirement to be considered an iPHONE knock-off.

Product design follows trends. It always has and it always will as its a simple case of giving the consumer what he or she wants.
Apple isn’t the only company setting trends. LG, Samsung, Nokia just to name a few all have their influences too.

Just yesterday, I saw a coffin that was rectangular, had a shiny black finish and silvery elements on the sides. All it lacked was a display to be labeled an iPhone rip off by blogs like this.

Let’s use our objective judgement a bit more and try to stay away from labeling every rectangular product with a shiny finish an iPhone.

Well, yeah you’re absolutely right. I should’ve given myself sometime that iPhone’s number pone clone, the Meizu M8 is going to be released in Europe without its calling capabilities. Then there are all these obviously iPhone-inspired gadgets coming out from China. But don’t worry, pretty son I’m going to come up with a post that tries to explain how a huge chunk of gadget manufacturers in China are banking on the “iPhone look.” That’ll be a much better article than this one.
