No, this isn’t an announcement from Chinese PMP-maker ZARVA and we don’t know if the MV300 is ever going to be available outside China. We were pretty impressed about the ZARVA MV300 when we covered it over a month ago, without knowing the very cheap price such a quality device goes for in its native country. Just to recap, the MV300 is a 3.5-inch touchscreen Windows HDTV, audio/visual device with an onboard 1.3 megapixel camera with interpolation of up to 2.7 megapixels. As you can see from the photo above, it doesn’t have English-language support. It plays audio as well as video in real-movie 30 fps 320 × 240-pixel quality. It also functions as an E-book and an audio recorder and supports game playing as well - “Three Kingdoms” comes pre-loaded as well as 32 other games. And the going price for all of this? Only yuan 899 or only $118 US for the 1GB version.
