When Chinese PMP maker ONDA is not imitating an Apple product, it can come up with very solid PMP designs. Take the VX989 mini-PMP. It looks like it’s encased in brushed stainless steel. A thing of simple beauty. The screen is a 2.8-inch QVGA (320 x 240) TFT LCD. Compatible files: MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC, MPEG-4 (AVI), Xvid (QVGA at 20fps), JPG, LRC and TXT. Includes two headphone jacks, FM tuner and microphone. It’s priced at only $99.

Hi, though we’d love nothing than to be helpful we cannot directly recommend online retailers. We don’t want to get sued when the retailer proves less than satisfactory.
