DiXCOM’s DM-2000 is a PMP, portable TV and PVR with a 4.3-inch 480 x 272-pixel screen TFT LCD supporting 16.7m colors. It’s compatible with a host of file formats: ASF, WMV, AVI, MP4, MPG/ WMV9, DIVX, WVID, MPEG4/AAC, AC3, G726, PCM, MP3, WMA, MP3, JPEG, BMP, SLS, ZOOM and TXT. It’s equipped with a USB 2.0, TV Out and SMI (subtitles) and LRC (lyrics) function to sync with the music. It’s available in flash version (2GB with 4GB of microSD) and HD (30GB and 40GB). With 142.5 x 76.3 x 17.5mm form factor, it’s not as fashionably thin as iRiver Clix and it’s no touch screen, but the built-in DVB-T tuner and PVR function are very tempting. The product is not priced yet.
