I have to admit, at first I thought this eyepiece for the iPod Video looked too ridiculous to post here (look at the YouTube video below). But reading the comments on the Myvu product page on the Apple Store made me think if this device is as good as its “pros” and whether the cons are only the exaggerrated whining of spoiled Apple fans. Presented at 3GSM in Barcelona, Myvu is an accessory made especially for the iPod Video. The Myvu is made of ultralight material and connect directly to your iPod Video, giving you 4:3 aspect ratio viewing equivalent to a 27-inch screen TV. It can be used to watch videos, view photos and listen to music videos. The Myvu earpiece offers noise-reduction and several sizes for a comfortable fit. Pendant control allows you to out down your iPod and control play, pauses, fast forward, reverse, and volume buttons in a more comfortable position. The battery gives you 8 hours of movie viewing and 20 hours of music and with an AC cord car adapter, you can simultaneously recharge your Myvu and iPod batteries.
