It’s the price in China, which is the equivalent of 1799 yuan, but based on the specs of the Neman M6000, it looks like we’ve got another cheap PMP here. The M6000 has a 4.3-inch 480 × 272-pixel TFT LCD screen with 16 million colors. This is the Newman player, Charbax got excited about back at CeBit 2007. It’s a bulky player at 142 × 80 × 26mm. The onboard video decoder chip EM851 from Sigma Designs supports MPEG1 (DAT, MPG, MPEG), MPEG2 (DVD) MPEG4 (MP4, AVI) besides the DVD native format of the M6000. It’s also compatible with MP3, WMA and OGG. MP3 files get additional simultaneous lyrics. The built-in mic could record audio in very high quality. It comes with a USB port and plays five hours of video.
This player also goes by the name Imax T7000. You can read a review of it here.
