There’s no official word yet from LG will most likely come out with the second generation LG Prada this September, this time powered by Windows Mobile 6. This device was supposed to have made an appearance at 3GSM in Barcelona, but that one had a joystick and this one is much more like “LG Prada 2G”, only longer, bigger and thicker. It is a 3G phone with WiFi and HSDPA a distinct possibility. That this phone will be a Windows Mobile device, never mind WM6, makes for a very interesting parallel with the Mac and PC (Windows) rivalry. It’s “Hi I’m a PC and Hi I’m a Mac” round two.
Update: But Gizmodo phoned in and debunked the rumor.
