Engadget Mobile reports that O2 would be U.K.’s iPhone distributor. Another interesting iPhone development from the U.K. for iPhone is BBC’s iPlayer, which was presented in apromotional video on an iPhone interface. The iPlayer gives access to complete BBC programs on mobile devices. Originally designed for PCs and Macs, the iPhone offers the tantalizing prospect of the best screen on a cell phone.
