Looking for a good GPS deal? InVion’s offering the GPS-5v1, with a 5-inch, 480×272, 16:9 LCD touchscreen. The model comes with a 400Mhz Samsung processor with 64MB of SDRAM, an integrated SiRF Star III antenna, and a 1Gb SD card preloaded with NAVTEQ mapping for the US and Canada. It has 3 million points of interest, in case you were wondering.
The unit can handle MP3/4 files, and RDS/TMC traffic information. Bluetooth-equipped, to boot. The GPS-5v1 is currently on sale at Amazon for $230 (down from $300).

According to Amazon this has SiRF II, not SiRF III. Not sure which is correct, but that makes a big difference.
