Apple

The programmers over at Apple must be really ticked off. A hacker who goes by the name “Nightwatch” just launched the first independent application on the iPhone called Hello World. It doesn’t really sound like a big deal–until you remember that one of the features of the iPhone is that it’s supposed to be closed to third party applications. If one guy can get full access to an iPhone just by running an application, who knows how many more people will be able to do that? Especially since this Nightwatch person built a pre-alpha ARM/Mach-O Toolchain to teach other hackers to do the same. Looks like there are some fun times ahead for iPhone users!
