The PMP670 from Yahee Technologies Corp. Limited has a 2.4-inch TFT LCD, and plays AVI files in full 25fps QVGA glory. Not to worry, though, it seems like it’ll autoconvert ASF, WMV, MP4, MTV, 3GP, MOV, MPG, DAT and VOB files. It supports ID3 for lyrics. Images? JPEG only.
The device accepts miniSD cards up to 2Gb in capacity. It also has a 4MP camera (interpolated, no doubt), “interesting games”, and voice-recording capability. The PMP670 comes in versions with 128Mb to 2Gb built-in flash memory, all of which have a built-in FM radio and and USB 2.0 port. No news on price, but you’ll have to order at least 200 of these to get one.
Did we mention that it looks like Nokia’s N-Gage QD? Well, it does. At 105×58x13mm, though, at least it’s smaller.
