Apple has confirmed they will be shipping iPhones to major European countries by Q4, instead of Q3 as some people guessed. The carriers that will support the iPhone will be announced by Apple over the next couple of months. It’s likely that the British, French, and the Germans will be among the first to get their hands on the iPhone. As for the rest of Europe, looks like they’ll have to wait til 2008. Steve Jobs thinks that the millionth iPhone will be sold by the end of the fourth quarter, presumably with the European buyers factored in.
