Truth on Nokia N95 U.S.: 850/1900 HSDPA, Better Battery & Coal Black
10 08 2007We certainly tripped on our own toes on latest news on our favorite multimedia cellphone trying to beat most other blogs to the news. Symbian Guru had the official N95 U.S. flyer in their inbox all along, and it’s better than we think. The battery has been improved to BL-6F (1200 mAh) from the BL-5F but the shutter slider had to go (see the illustration below). The phone is not going to be tied up with a carrier but it can go to blazing 3.6Mbps HSDPA speeds on AT&T’s 850/1900 spectrums. So they removed the 2100Mhz and the shutter slider. The phone will have a 1GB microSD added. Darla Mack has a few scoops as well: 128 MB RAM and Q4 release for unlocked phones, Q1 on AT&T. Check it out.
