Help Wanted: Beta Testers for Sling Player on S60

The Slingbox, for those of you who don’t already know, is a TV streaming device that enables remote viewing of cable, satellite, or personal video recorder programming via the Internet. Well, Sling Media is looking for Beta testers for the Sling Player (which allows the actual viewing of your TV stream) on cellular phones that run on the Symbian S60 platform.

Now, if you live in the US, have a Nokia N75, N95 or E65 with a GSM-using provider, and are willing to help out, you can click here to apply. Naturally, you’ll need to have a Slingbox too. The test will last four weeks, and we’re not quite sure what you get out of it, eternal gratitude from Sling Media aside.
