Developing innovative and useful software that takes full advantage of multi touch inputs is where the work needs to be. Jazzmutant sure has made some great leaps forward compared to other demos available on the web. The product as demo'd has instant appeal to graphic designers. I hope they have other ideas up their sleeves that would broaden that appeal further. I do not think hardware is the main issue at this point.
