Apple has struck a deal with three distributors to sell iPhone in key European countries. First, we know about Apple’s Orange deal in France, and we’re now just confirming that Orange indeed will be iPhone’s exclusive distributor to the French people. In Germany, T-Mobile, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, will be distributing the iPhone for Germany and O2 in the U.K. It’s a sweet deal for these wireless providers. Apple’s got a sweet deal, too, as they will get 10% of all calling and text charges from an iPhone.
