If you haven’t heard of the GP2X F-100, now’s the time to catch up to the latest trend in cheap portable gaming. The GP2X F-200 like the F-100 is Linux-based and uses the ARM920T processor but now it doubles its predecessors RAM at 64MB. The 3.5-inch screen QVGA screen has been retained, but this time it has stylus input and redevised controls. It supports XviD, MPEG, MPEG-4, Dvix, WMV, MP3, OGG, and WMA. Movies should have 30fps playback. Needless to say, it supports a sundry amount of game emulators including PC engine, MAME, SNES and Genesis.
Read on to take a look at the old GP2X F-100.

you should change the headline. the touchscreen is much more interesting than the double ram, especially since the GP2X F-100 also has 64 MB of ram. (ie not double but the same amount of ram.)
