Tekstor Unveils Emo, Cody and Sonix

Trekstor redeemed itself at the IFA by introducing three new PMPs dubbed with names that wouldn’t get some minority feathers ruffled. All of them have the i.Beat branding and none mentioning anything about beating blacks. The nicely named Emo is a 1.4-inch player and should have some video playback functionality like the 1.3-inch Blaxx. The Sonix has a 2.4-inch screen while the Cody has 3.5 inches of viewing area. All these players have 1GB to 4GB of internal storage and for i.Beat Cody can be extended via SD/MMC. Price range is between $82 and $218. The i.Beat Emo ((liking the sound of that) is available in 1GB and 2GB models and priced $80 and $109 respectively. The Sonix 1GB costs $122 and 2GB $163, while the high-end Cody will be available in 2GB ($190) and 4GB ($217) versions. The Blaxx, which we won’t show here anymore is $163 and $203 for the 1GB and 2GB.
