Spy Shots of the Zune 2 and Zune Flash

Thanks to two sources - one from the retail channel and an unidentified second source - we now have the first shots of the Zune 2 and Zune flash. The images show that they’ll be coming out with hard drive based 80GB models and 4/8GB flash models. It’ll have a clickable, touch-sensitive controller (the large square-like button in the center) plus two buttons beside it for navigation. Also, as confirmed by Microsoft, the new Zune will have wireless support - meaning, you can now synch your Zunes and share music via WiFi. No need for annoying cables! I think this is the best feature the new Zune will have and if Microsoft doesn’t deliver on that, it’s likely that it won’t do good in the market.

Take note that these aren’t the official photos yet, so it’s possible that the new Zune might end up looking entirely different. Watch out for them come the holiday season!

Umm the first zune had wifi support so that really isn’t new in this version.
