Technaxx was at the IFA and announced its new lineup for the DAP and PMP market. Technaxx is relativel new in the electronics biz and we’re happy to add more PMPs afetr this hot thing.
- Technaxx MV3 comes in 2GB and 4GB versions. It boasts a 2.2-inch 176 x 200-pixel 262k-color screen and support for MP3, WMA, JPEG, BMP, TXT and native Xvid at 20fps. It als suports memory extension via microSD and measures a portable 70 x 40 x 13m.
- Technaxx MV4 has a 1.8-inch screen with touch-sensitive controls. It plays MP3, WMA, AVI, JPEG and BMP.
- Technaxx MV5 (above pic) is one of the weirdest PMPs I’ve seen with only a 1-inch 65k-color square porthole in the front. It reminds me of very old black-and-white TV sets. Supports MP3, WMA, WAV, ASF, SMV, JPEG, BMP and has USB 2.0 and 6 EQ.
- Technaxx MV DVB is a mini-PMP with a DVB-T tuner. It plays MPEG 1, MPEG4, DAT, VOB, AVI, MP3, JPEG and is equipped with a TV out if the 2.4-inch LCD isn’t enough.
