If you’re one of those iPod and Apple fans that have been complaining about the lack of WiFi on iPods, Steve Jobs just answered your prayers. If your one of those iPhone users who have been wondering whether it wouldn’t just be heaven if you can download iTunes directly to your iPhone, Steve Jobs, again, has answered your prayers. Introducing the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store: it has four virtual buttons (Features, Top Tens, Search and Downloads) and has no essential difference from iTunes on your computer. Pricing won’t be any different either. The only real change is that now you don’t need your Mac or PC to store paid-for music in your iPod or iPhone. The iTunes WiFi Music Store is supported in all countries and Apple even made it easier for everyone by signing a partnership with Starbucks. If a Starbucks is near, a fifth button will magically appear on your screen. It displays what music Starbucks is playing at the moment and gives you the option to purchase the music. Wow! This Starbucks to iPod service will be available beginning October 2.
Update: Engadget has personally experienced WiFi iTunes downloads. Video downloads not supported yet, sorry. Click the link.
