
Expanding the GPS lineup which the R600 started, Asus has announced two companion products, the R300 and R700. Both support MPEG-4 and G.263 videos and MP3, WMA and AAC audio files, and have 64MB or 128MB of RAM, Bluetooth 2.0, an FM radio, a Samsung-made 400Mhz processor and a microSD card slot.
The R300 has a 3.5-inch touchscreen, is 13.7mm thick and weighs 300g. The R700, on the other hand, has a 80×272-pixel, 4.3-inch touchscreen. It measures 126×80x13.5mm and weighs 260g. Both models are expected to be launched November in Europe.
