On October 16 we will mark the arrival of Zune 2.0. Microsoft’s PMP will have finally been updated. There’s no official word yet from Microsoft, but the picture above is clearly genuine. Black, pink, red and, curiously, “Army Green” will be the colors. The double-shot finish will be maintained in the next-gen Zunes. On innovation is the navigation wheel. It will not be a wheel per se but some sort of new shape called “squircle.” The flash-memory Zune 2.0 will come in 4Gb and 8GB versions while the HD Zune 2.0 will have 80GB of internal storage.
