Mach Speed Technologies, American-owned motherboard supplier, just came out with a new portable media player called the Oasis. It has 2 GB of flash memory, a mini-SD slot for even more storage space, supports many file formats (wav, mp3, wma, asf, wmv, avi, mov, amv, mpg1, rm, vob, swf), has voice recording, an FM radio, a built in microphone, and a text reader. With its 2-inch TFT LCD display, you don’t need to squint to see what track you’re playing or fumble for a light source at night. Show off your favorite digital photos with its built-in photo browser, or watch your favorite movie using the AMV movie viewer.
The Mach Speed Oasis is available at only $59.99. For all those features, it sounds like a sweet deal. It’d be more awesome if this gadget came in different colors though; this shade of gray looks unappetizingly dull.
