Sanyo just made a small but significant step towards road safety by adding a recording function on their NV-SD580DT and NV-SB260DT GPS/1SEG devices. Both players boast a 5.8-inch VGA screen,an FM tuner, VISC (visual information system center) and an MP3 player. These Gorillas are not full PMPs like many personal navigation devices (PND), but they do give the wife peace of mind in case you’re ah… a little held up in traffic.
