Venus introduces the JXD205 MP4 player featuring a one-hundred per cent steel casing and the overall good looks of LG’s Shine phone sans the mirror finish. Yup, the screen does not blend with the rest of the shiny device when left untouch, nor does it look like a touch screen either but a rather typical 2.4-inch 260k-color QVGA. No keyboard slides out of this baby; instead AV controls are left fully to the slim media controls up front. It measures 83 × 50 × 12mm, plays MPEG-4 (AVI) MP3, WMA and WAV, features 3D surround sound, TF memory extension and FM. For such a shiny gadget, it comes at the small price of 399 yuan ($53) for the 1GB and 499 yuan ($65) for the 2GB.

This looks nice, a bit like a thomson that was on the blog a few months ago the A1 I think, is there actually a way to buy this gear from abroad or is it only sold in China for a reason or so?
