Apple just released a firmware 1.0.2 for the iPod Nano “Fatty” and the iPod Classic. The firmware upgrade improves Cover Flow to resemble the experience you get on iTunes. Album art and titles are better rendered and the lag is less noticeable. The firmware gives you a prompt for “On,” “Off,” or “Ask,” which partially makes TV out workable but not workable enough. Also the bugs affecting Calendar and Contacts synchronization have been fixed.
