Verizon proclaims their newest offering, the LG VX 10000 alias Voyager, as the real iPhone killer. In an interview, Verizon Chief Marketing Officer Mike Lanman said the Wifi-less Voyager is “the best phone… this year. It will kill the iPhone.” The LG Voyager will be connected to Verizon’s high-speed wireless broadband, which is faster than AT&T’s EDGE support for the iPhone. It will enjoy Verizon’s V Cast services like mobile TV abd music. The Voyager’s microSD card slot supports 8GB SD cards. Depending on your contract, the phone will sell between $100 and $400 beginning in July.

LOL, he admits it will beat IPhone, actualy pretty bad marketing… by mentioning iP***e, he is just giving iPh**e free advertising and brand recognition… Should say, “People have asked me if this will kill the competition, primarily that other company named after a “fruit” and I simply reply “Yes.”
Then go onto talk about superior functionality… from this i can just see that it takes SD Cards and will probably cost just as much if you have a gas-guzzling service plan

If you ask me, there’s no doubt that the LG Voyager absolutely dominates sales this holiday season. Why?
1) The #1 network in terms of service
2) The phone rocks, especially with the keyboard
3) It’s not as expensive as the iphone
