Microsoft’s Play FX suite is starting to make the rounds among Chinese PMPs. PlayFX features autovolume for automatic normalization of songs in your playlist, 3D headphones and Pure Bass. We’ve previously feature Pasen’s ShakeIT, which is supposedly the first PMP to utilize PlayFX. The PMP-6500 from Jinghua digital boasts a 2.8-inch 262k-color screen. It supports MPEG-4 (AVI), RM/RMVB, VOB, DAT, MP3, WMA and WAV as well as TXT and JPEG. You have games support, A-B repeat (a nice feature for me), mic recording, USB 2.0 and microSD for memory extension. Now with a PlayFX upgrade, the 3D sounds, FLV streaming and APE and FLAC has been added. Other Chinese PMP models that now support Play FX include OPPO V5 and Newman R88
