
Green is in, proclaims Zhejiang Sorbo, with its light-powered SB-5007 PMP. It supports MPEG-4 videos, various (but unspecified) audio formats and JPEG images, with display done on a 2-inch TFT screen that shows 262,000 colors.
The back of the device is a solar panel that is used to charge the internal and rechargeable 650mAh Li-ion battery. E-book, FM radio and gaming functionality are included. A speaker and a slot for miniSD cards up to 2GB in capacity are built-in, as is a USB 2.0 port that allows the SB-5007 to act as a mass storage device. Dimensions are 99×51.6×18mm and weight is 62.14g.
