Breaking News: Google Phone Revealed

Web site India Street says they have confirmed that Google’s GPhone will be manufactured exclusively by E28 of China. E28 makes Linux handsets and is well-poised to deliver Google’s mobile software inside a solid smartphone hardware. The picture above is E28’s latest smartphone and might well be the GPhone itself. It has a QWERTY keyboard and is supposed to be the hardware to launch E28 to an “Era of Convergence.” The manufacturer and partner NewStep is also gearing up seamless interoperability from GSM to VoIP via WiFi. What all this tells us is that India Street might be on to something when it claims the phone above is the Google Phone.
