There are many things wrong with the iPhone, and TIME readily accepts it: you can barely type on it, too big really, no IM, lacks some e-mail client support and worst of all it’s exclusive to AT&T. Still, no one can deny that even after all the hype, the Apple iPhone is the best thing has happened to the entire gadgets market in 2007. Besides stating the obvious, Time Magazine also did us the favor in bringing back what used to be obvious about the Apple Phone: it’s a game changer, a genuinely revolutionary product that is only the beginning of better things to come.
