Microsoft, Rumors, Zune

zune_16_citron.jpg

While nothing has been confirmed yet, we can bet Zune 16 is coming to a store near you any time between this year and early next year. It just makes a lot of sense. The Citron color Zune also makes a lot of sense in terms of being available for the general public. Yes, we realize Zune Citron is for Microsoft employees only but Microsoft is a business and Citron just seems like the new Pink.

An mp3 player is not significant enough to justify going into debt to purchase, however because of a recent law being past that requires schools to block students from downloading copy written mp3s, it will be one less way to force a student out of college for downloading music of a school computer. When a lawyer comes in the with a search warrant the lawyer usually tries to gain control over the entire computer, not just the music. In the process the entire contents of the computer become part of the public records including the PHD research and military research. Many system administrators have had this happen because of the power mad legal department. this is now considered a significant enough problem to expel students today. These types of devices will prevent the lawyer from gaining access to the government research and professors work.
