China PMP is Built for Sharing

Looks-wise, the MP784 from Keen High Technologies doesn’t do much to stand out from the crowd. Its features are nothing to phone home about either: support for AVI videos, MP3 and WMA audio files with ID3 tags (DRM9 is optional) and JPEG, BMP and GIF images. What makes it interesting, though, is the fact that the manufacturer saw fit to include an extra earphone jack for those times that using the built-in speaker wouldn’t be feasible.
The device has a 2.2-inch, 262,000-color TFT display with a resolution of 220×176 pixels. While e-book reader functionality and gaming software are standard, the same can’t be said for the FM radio, which is an option. A USB 2.0 port and five EQ settings are included. The MP784 has a maximum capacity of 4GB, and measures 70×47x14mm.
