We’ve finally found the ugliest clone of an Apple product. Manufactured by Ace Electronics, we are not even sure if it is the iPod Classic or the fat iPod Nano it is copying. The outside material looks like scrap metal from a junk shop, and I cannot even begin to describe who designed the icons on the screen. Anyway, interface looks like a revolving wheel. You use the buttons in a stone henge formation below the screen to navigate it. The OLED screen is only 1.8 inches and we wonder if that is enough to give a user a relaxing time viewing AVI and WMV files. It also supports MP3 and WAV (PCM/ADPCM) files. Besides having line-in recording function, games are also supported, though we don’t now what sort they are but simply that they will be a little more complex than “Pong.”
Please don’t think of giving one this Christmas to a loved one. It would be a sad, sad day for humanity. And yes, we double checked previous posts. This is the ugliest iPod clone.
