My first impression of this nameless PMP from Shenzhen’s Tian Ling is that it’s a damn good idea. Why doesn’t Dell put its high-end gaming computer brand in charge of its bid for portable media greatness. The erstwhile Apple Computer competitor could truly give the iPod a run for its money especially when you got a welcome screen that looks like the one above after you boot up your Dell-branded PMP. I’m just saying the Chinese get some good ideas from time to time. It doesn’t matter to me if these ideas were acquired accidentally on the way to another rip-off job. Gaming support would be a welcome addition, too.
