Wireless PIXXA from Ality will set you back $299 but it does more things than your ordinary digital photo frame. And in case you are wondering, yep, we know what an ordinary digital photo frame looks like as we’ve been covering the likes of this, this and this (and even this) for some time now.

Ality’s digi-photo frame is Wi-Fi enabled and can receive photo messages, live calendar, news feeds and even weather reports. You can digitally send greeting cards and invitations to special occasions. You’ll need an online account and Ality gives you 50MB worth of online storage or up to 600 photos. It’s going to be available first half of 2008.
